The ham bread

How can you love the kitchen without baking? First try. Not bad. Give yourself a pat on the back. Be brave and give it a try.

250g of strong flour

Yeast 4 g

55g caster sugar

Steps/methods

There should have been some milk. There wasn't any at home. There wasn't.

Mix all the ingredients together until dough is smooth. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Add the butter and knead several times until the dough is elastic, about 15 minutes. It's handmade. Set aside for two hours.

The dough is ready to double in size.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes and cut equal sized pieces.

Roll the dough into thin strips and wrap around the ham sausage.

Place in a baking tray and wait for 30 minutes. Bake twice.

Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

I set it at 200 degrees, it's too hot, it's too colorful, but it's delicious.
